2020 - A Photographic Review
There isn’t much I can say that hasn’t already been said about 2020. For me photography wise it was just a case of a lot of frustration and missed opportunities due to Covid19, punctuated with some interesting moments along the way, as the year dragged us all kicking and screaming to its depressing conclusion.
I started the year with so much optimism for the places I was going to, and the things I would get to see and photograph, but ultimately how I will look back on this year photography wise will be just a year of restrictions and disappointment.
Having said this, I did manage to get some images that I am happy with this year, and even managed to end this mad year with one camera upgrade (7D-7D MK II), as well as buying and using my first medium format film camera. As well as this I also started my photo restoration/scanning and film processing project that is still ongoing and will hopefully grow in 2021, so there were some plusses but not many overall.
for now I will let the photos do the talking and I will just say a swift goodbye to 2020 as it can fuck right off.
Enjoy.
see you all in 2021 #prayitsbetterthan2020
